Say Hello to Our New Chief Strategy Officer

Foundation Healthcare services is excited to announce the addition of Jay Zwahlen to our team. We are excited for the his future with our company. Here is a little bit about Jay.

Jay Zwahlen comes to Foundation with a wealth of skilled nursing knowledge and entrepreneurial experience. Most recently he comes from Cambridge Healthcare Services where he worked for 6 years. As the Chief of Strategy and Business Development at Cambridge he played a key role in census development, political advocacy, and managed care strategy. Prior to Cambridge, he was the Co-CEO of a women's clothing company that went from a bootstrapped start-up to a thriving company with 75 employees before a successful seven-figure sale of the business. Jay is a licensed nursing home administrator with an intense desire to care for our aging population. He loves spending time at the beach with his wife (Brittany) and two children - Clyde (4) and Hazel (2).
